In this session I will answer relevant questions in order for you to decide if ADHD coaching is for you and if you feel you want to work with me. Building a trusting relationship with your coach is vital and we don’t always find the right person first time around.

The conversation is usually in two parts, firstly I will ask you some questions about your self and why you have chosen ADHD coaching, and what you would like to gain from coaching.

The next part will be where I tell you a bit more about my experience. If you want to know a bit more about me before then go to About Me.

We will discuss our availability and programme cost. If you are seeking coaching to support your current employment then there are Access to Work (ATW) grants available.

Extended Self Assessment

We will complete an extensive Self Assessment Programme

Self Assessments are not Diagnosis. However you can complete a reasonably accurate self assessment based on popular diagnosis questionnaire frameworks.

If you are starting out on your ADHD journey you can complete this short Assessment before you get in contact.

When we start our work together we will complete an extensive self assessment programme. This programme will comprise of:

  • Saboteur Assessment
  • Character Strength Assessment
  • An Extensive ADHD self assessment,
  • An in-depth behavioural assessment that focus on your communication focus,
  • An in-depth behavioural assessment focusing on personality strengths,
  • An Emotional Wellbeing assessment,
  • and an Lifestyle Wellbeing assessment.

These self assessments can inform your ADHD understanding and guide your personal development through coaching.

Dream SMART

Traditional goal-setting wasn’t built for ADHD brains. Conventional SMART goals assume you have consistent energy, steady attention, and the ability to push through with willpower alone. But when your brain runs on interest, novelty, and emotional connection—not rigid discipline—those old frameworks feel like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. You end up with a pile of abandoned goals, a voice telling you you’re not trying hard enough, and the shame that comes from feeling like you’ve failed again.

The Dream SMART Framework flips that script entirely. Instead of starting with what you should do, it starts with what lights you up—a Vision so compelling your brain can’t look away. It grounds that Vision in your core values (your Cornerstones), then redesigns every action for the way your brain actually works: low-barrier entry points, momentum over perfection, and weekly check-ins that adapt as you learn. Along the way, you’ll identify the Saboteurs that quietly undermine your progress and map your Character Strengths to counter them. This isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about building a system that works with your wiring, not against it.

This framework is for anyone tired of failing at systems designed for neurotypical brains. Whether you’re diagnosed with ADHD, suspect you might be, or just know that traditional productivity advice has never quite landed—Dream SMART gives you a structured, compassionate path from “I want my life to be different” to actual, sustainable change. It’s been tested in 12-week coaching programmes, refined through real-world use, and built on one core belief: you already have everything you need. You just need the language, the structure, and the self-compassion to use it.
